American Kestrel Hawk and Preble's Meadow Jumping Mouse?I took this photo back in May I think. It was obviously a windy day because his feathers are a bit ruffled, but probably not as ruffled at his friend's. I'm sure they were just playing around. If his friend is a Preble's Meadow Jumping Mouse, then Mr. Hawk could end up a jail bird.
